The Northeast Renewable Energy and Conservation [NeREC] Working Group was formed following the 2007 Joint Summer Meeting held in Providence, Rhode Island. 

It includes two representatives from each of the participating organizations at the joint meeting: CARET, NEED and NERA:

CARET – Hank Clark (ME)

CARET – Bob Frazee (MD)

NEED – Doug Lantagne (VT)

NEED – Bill Hare (DC)

NERA – Mike Hoffmann (NY)

NERA – Bradley Hillman (NJ)
